The consideration included €1.53 billion in cash and €1.136 billion in newly issued Intralot shares, resulting in Bally's Corporation holding a 58% equity stake in Intralot; the deal positions the combined business as a global iGaming and lottery leader and unlocks significant liquidity for Bally's.
