Curve Digital (Catalis Group) Acquires IronOak Games

Curve Digital, part of the Catalis Group, has acquired Vancouver-based independent game developer IronOak Games to strengthen the group's North American presence and expand its For The King IP. The transaction was supported/financed by Catalis Group's backers (NorthEdge and Vespa Capital) and funded via a committed acquisition facility established after Catalis Group's £90m backing in October 2019.
