Granite Comfort Acquires Signature HVACR

Tiger Infrastructure Partners' platform company Granite Comfort has acquired Signature HVACR, a locally owned residential HVAC business serving the Philadelphia metropolitan area. The add-on expands Granite Comfort's footprint into Western Philadelphia and will keep founder Bob Gress as President while integrating Signature into the Granite Comfort platform.

Greylane, a newly launched Dallas-based holding company, has acquired AirCare Automation, a San Antonio-based provider of fan filter unit (FFU) controls, cleanroom monitoring software, and environmental controls. AirCare was previously owned by Falx Capital; Shawn Dewey will remain as President and Greylane says it is actively seeking additional niche engineered-component acquisitions.

Leap Partners Acquires Comfort Design, Premier Indoor Comfort Systems and Aire Solutions

Leap Partners completed add-on acquisitions of three HVAC companies — Comfort Design (Kentucky), Premier Indoor Comfort Systems (Georgia and North Carolina), and Aire Solutions (Missouri) — expanding its Southeast footprint.
