Falx Capital LLC completed a recapitalization of AirCare Automation, Inc., a San Antonio-based supplier of cleanroom fan filter unit (FFU) control systems; the transaction closed March 31, 2022. Falx Capital, a Denver-based private investment firm focused on healthcare and adjacent lower-middle-market businesses, will provide flexible capital and partner with management to support growth.

Graybar Acquires Valin Corporation

Cleanwater1, a Baird Capital portfolio company, has acquired Atlanta-area PureAir Filtration, a manufacturer and servicer of gas‑phase air‑filtration systems and chemisorbent media. The acquisition expands Cleanwater1's gas‑phase solutions and aftermarket service capability for municipal and industrial water/wastewater and other industrial customers; PureAir's president Ashley Jameson will remain in place.
