Veritiv Acquires Packaging Solutions to Expand Southern California Footprint

Veritiv Operating Company has acquired Packaging Solutions, a Southern California provider of custom packaging products and services, to strengthen Veritiv’s regional distribution and service capabilities. The deal brings Packaging Solutions’ customers and employees into Veritiv’s national packaging platform and is intended to enhance design, testing and logistics support for local clients.

Veritiv Corporation Acquires AmeriPac, LLC

Veritiv Corporation completed the acquisition of AmeriPac, LLC, a contract packaging and turnkey fulfillment provider, on April 12, 2024. The deal adds AmeriPac’s kitting, co-packing and complex packaging capabilities and a workforce of nearly 600 across Texas and Pennsylvania to Veritiv’s packaging and fulfillment platform, expanding its service offering for customers in cosmetics, personal care and other consumer end markets.

Veritiv Acquires PAX Global

The deal adds folding carton and film converting capabilities, enhances Veritiv's design and international sourcing, and brings PAX Global's customers in the personal care, food, and pharmaceutical sectors into Veritiv's network.

Veritiv Acquires Subotnick Packaging

Veritiv Operating Company has acquired Subotnick Packaging, a Portland, Oregon-based distributor of packaging products and equipment serving building materials, food, e-commerce, and transportation customers. The acquisition strengthens Veritiv's packaging platform and deepens its presence in the Pacific Northwest while adding complementary product categories including corrugated, strapping, tape, stretch film and packaging equipment.

Veritiv Acquires Packaging Distribution Business of S. Walter Packaging Corp.

Veritiv Operating Company has acquired the packaging distribution business of S. Walter Packaging Corp., adding S. Walter’s custom packaging, direct-to-store services and multi-brand kitting capabilities to Veritiv’s specialty packaging platform. The transaction expands Veritiv’s presence in high-value segments such as retail, hospitality and food & beverage; S. Walter operates in Trevose and Shoemakersville, Pennsylvania and has about 110 employees.

Veritiv Acquires Vivabox Solutions

Veritiv Corporation has acquired Vivabox Solutions, a full-service provider of customized kitting, premium packaging and marketing solutions, to expand Veritiv's kitting and assembly capabilities. Vivabox, headquartered in Rockville, Maryland with ~77 employees across Rockville, Dallas and Scottsdale, brings experience serving luxury and premium consumer brands as well as additional global supplier relationships and sourcing expertise.
