RIA in a Box, a SaaS provider of compliance and operational software for registered investment advisors (RIAs), has acquired ITEGRIA, LLC, a cloud-based virtual desktop and managed services provider. The acquisition adds ITEGRIA’s AdvisorCloud virtual desktop technology and managed services to RIA in a Box’s platform to strengthen cybersecurity and remote-work capabilities for approximately 2,200 RIA firms served by the combined business.

The acquisition expands iC Consult's footprint in North America and broadens its managed-service and implementation capabilities; the purchase price was not disclosed and 7 Mile Advisors acted as buyside advisor.
