Utex Industries Acquires Sheraton Services Ltd to Form UTEX Europe

Utex Industries, Inc. has acquired Sheraton Services Ltd., based in Ashington, United Kingdom, and will rebrand it as UTEX Europe to support the company's expansion of engineered sealing solutions across the EMEA region. Sheraton had been Utex's official distributor in EMEA since January 2021 and its staff bring extensive design and manufacturing experience to augment Utex's regional manufacturing and distribution capabilities.
