Steelite International Acquires William Edwards Limited

Steelite International has acquired William Edwards Limited, a Stoke-on-Trent-based maker of fine bone china and luxury tableware. The deal follows Arbor Investments' December 2019 acquisition of Steelite, positioning Steelite (a PE-backed platform) to expand its luxury tableware offerings and global reach.

Steelite International Acquires Walco Stainless

Steelite International, a PE-backed tabletop and hospitality products supplier, has acquired Walco Stainless, the flatware and holloware division of the Utica Cutlery Company. The deal — Steelite's fifth add-on under owner Arbor Investments — expands Steelite's flatware and buffet product offering and strengthens its position in the North American hospitality market; terms were not disclosed.

Steelite International Acquires Delfin

Steelite International, a portfolio company of Arbor Investments, has acquired Delfin, a long-standing provider of retail and foodservice display and tabletop solutions with in‑house manufacturing (including a plant in Mexico). The acquisition will expand Steelite’s melamine and display product offerings and Steelite intends to invest in the Delfin Mexico operation to increase capacity and manufacturing sophistication.

Steelite International Acquires Homer Laughlin and Hall China Foodservice Divisions

Steelite International has acquired the foodservice divisions of The Homer Laughlin China Company and The Hall China Company (to be operated collectively as The Fiesta Tableware Company). The deal transfers manufacturing and sales of the sellers' foodservice product lines to Steelite so the Wells family can focus on the Fiesta retail business; terms were not disclosed.
