Steelite International Acquires Walco Stainless

Steelite International, a PE-backed tabletop and hospitality products supplier, has acquired Walco Stainless, the flatware and holloware division of the Utica Cutlery Company. The deal — Steelite's fifth add-on under owner Arbor Investments — expands Steelite's flatware and buffet product offering and strengthens its position in the North American hospitality market; terms were not disclosed.
