Parcom Acquires Robin Radar

Parcom has agreed to acquire Robin Radar, a Netherlands-based developer of bird- and drone-detection radar systems, from Robin Radar's shareholders including earlier investors SHIFT Invest and INKEF. The deal (financial terms undisclosed) will support Robin Radar's product development, organisational scale-up and international expansion — with a particular focus on North America and growth across defence, civil aviation and wind-farm markets.

ARKA Group Acquires Maxar's Radar and Sensor Technology (RST) Group

ARKA Group, L.P. has completed the acquisition of Maxar’s Radar and Sensor Technology (RST) group, a Ypsilanti, Michigan–based radar and sensor engineering team that supports U.S. government synthetic aperture radar (SAR) programs. The acquisition adds radar, moving-target indication and full‑spectrum geospatial intelligence capabilities to ARKA’s existing space hardware and software offerings, strengthening its mission-focused solutions for U.S. and allied defense customers.

Raytheon Technologies Acquires SEAKR Engineering

Arotech (ATSD) Acquires Inter-Coastal Electronics

Arotech Corporation's Training and Simulation Division (ATSD), a portfolio company of Greenbriar Equity Group, has acquired Inter-Coastal Electronics, Inc. (ICE), a Mesa, Arizona–based designer and manufacturer of live training and test instrumentation systems. The acquisition adds vertically integrated manufacturing capability and expands ATSD's aviation training solutions, with ICE joining ATSD's FAAC business unit; ICE's president Shawn Kirkpatrick will remain in his role.

Eqlipse Technologies (Arlington-backed) to Acquire SR Technologies

Eqlipse Technologies, a portfolio company of Arlington Capital Partners, has agreed to acquire SR Technologies (SRT), a provider of signals intelligence (SIGINT) and electronic warfare (EW) products and engineering solutions. The add-on acquisition expands Eqlipse's technical capabilities for Department of Defense, Intelligence Community, and federal law enforcement customers; financial terms were not disclosed and the deal was expected to close in Q4 2023.
