COMROD Communication AS has acquired a majority share of Triad RF Systems Inc., a New Jersey-based designer and manufacturer of RF/microwave amplifiers and integrated radio solutions. The deal strengthens COMROD’s RF capability and capacity, enhances joint development of radio range-extension solutions, and extends COMROD’s technical presence in the United States and global defense and aerospace markets.
