Livermore winegrowers Lemmons Family Vineyards LLC and Darcie Kent Winery LLC have acquired historic Concannon Vineyard, a 230‑acre estate winery, from The Wine Group LLC. The Wine Group said the sale aligns with its portfolio strategy, while the buyers plan to restore historic varietals, return to organic farming practices, and repurpose estate facilities to expand winemaking, hospitality and custom crush capacity.

Australian Wine Holdco Limited (AWL), a consortium of institutional investors and owner of Accolade Wines, has completed the acquisition of Pernod Ricard’s portfolio of strategic international wines effective April 30, 2025. The deal combines the Pernod Ricard wine assets (including Jacob’s Creek, Campo Viejo, Brancott Estate and others) with Accolade to form a new global wine company, Vinarchy, while Pernod Ricard will continue distribution for a transitional period.

Foley Family Wines Acquires Ferrari-Carano Vineyards and Winery

Foley Family Wines has reached an agreement to acquire Ferrari-Carano Vineyards and Winery, including the Ferrari-Carano Estate Winery in Dry Creek Valley, the PreVail Mountain Winery, roughly 3,183 acres of land (1,223 planted acres), tasting rooms, residential properties and winery infrastructure. The acquisition expands Foley's portfolio of estate wineries and gives Foley control of Ferrari-Carano's award-winning brands, vineyards and hospitality operations.
