Stag's Leap Wine Cellars, owned by the Antinori family, has acquired the 135-acre Arcadia Vineyard (84 planted acres) in the Coombsville AVA from Arcadia Vineyards LLC (the Winiarski family). The purchase reunites the vineyard with Stag's Leap's estate holdings and furthers the winery's goal of becoming 100% estate-grown while preserving the property's natural habitat.

The deal combines the Pernod Ricard wine assets (including Jacob’s Creek, Campo Viejo, Brancott Estate and others) with Accolade to form a new global wine company, Vinarchy, while Pernod Ricard will continue distribution for a transitional period.
