AWL/Accolade (Vinarchy) Acquires Pernod Ricard’s International Wine Portfolio

Australian Wine Holdco Limited (AWL), a consortium of institutional investors and owner of Accolade Wines, has completed the acquisition of Pernod Ricard’s portfolio of strategic international wines effective April 30, 2025. The deal combines the Pernod Ricard wine assets (including Jacob’s Creek, Campo Viejo, Brancott Estate and others) with Accolade to form a new global wine company, Vinarchy, while Pernod Ricard will continue distribution for a transitional period.
