Trusted was a portfolio company of Juggernaut Capital Partners and employs more than 125 full-time staff; the acquisition expands CareFirst’s Medicaid presence and capabilities in the District of Columbia.

Home Care Delivered Acquires United Medical Providers

Home Care Delivered, a Richmond, Virginia-based provider of insurance-covered medical supplies, has acquired United Medical Providers, a Louisiana-based urological supplies distributor. The acquisition expands HCD's urology capabilities and customer reach, adding UMP's regional relationships and approximately 2,500 urology customers across 17 states to HCD's national distribution and payer network.

The add-on expands UHS's capabilities into international claims management and complements its existing workers' compensation RCM offerings; Sunbelt was previously owned by Jon Gordon of Palladian Capital Partners.

Elevance Health Acquires Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Louisiana
