Enercon Services, Inc. (ENERCON) has acquired Critical Engineering Group, Inc. (CEG), a Lafayette, California-based provider of engineering and project management services for data centers and mission-critical communications. The acquisition expands ENERCON's capabilities in data-center and mission-critical communications engineering and brings the CEG team into ENERCON's Critical Infrastructure division, enhancing the firm's technical offerings and regional footprint in the western United States.
