The deal brings InSemi's ~900 engineering specialists into Infosys to support its Chip-to-Cloud strategy and expand capabilities across AI, 5G, automotive, consumer electronics and other high-performance markets.

AMD Acquires Nod.ai

AMD has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Nod.ai, an open-source AI compiler and code-generation software specialist, to advance AMD's open AI software ecosystem and optimize AI models for AMD accelerators and processors. The deal brings Nod.ai's team and SHARK/Torch-MLIR/OpenXLA expertise into AMD to accelerate deployment of high-performance AI solutions across cloud, edge and endpoint platforms.

indie Semiconductor Acquires EXALOS AG for $45 Million

indie Semiconductor has completed the acquisition of Swiss photonics company EXALOS AG for about $45 million in stock, with up to $20 million of additional contingent consideration tied to 24-month revenue-based performance targets. The deal secures EXALOS' SLED and SOA technologies and a team of ~17 engineers to expand indie's laser and silicon photonics portfolio and accelerate its Autotech offerings to global tier‑1 suppliers and automotive OEMs.

Ansys Acquires Zemax

AMD Acquires ZT Systems to Expand Data Center AI Systems Capabilities

The acquisition brings ZT Systems' hyperscale data center systems design, integration and manufacturing capabilities into AMD's Data Center Solutions Business Group to accelerate AMD's AI training and inference infrastructure offerings.

Polymatech Electronics Acquires Nisene Technology Group Inc.

Polymatech Electronics, via its Singapore subsidiary Artificial Electronics Intelligent Materials Pte Ltd., has acquired Nisene Technology Group Inc., a 50-year-old California-based semiconductor company known for IC design and decapsulation equipment. The deal strengthens Polymatech's semiconductor capabilities by combining Nisene's silicon and silicon carbide expertise with Polymatech's sapphire-wafer technologies to develop multi-wafer semiconductor products and advanced chip fabrication/testing devices.
