Arax Investment Partners Acquires SRS Capital Advisors

Arax Investment Partners, a RedBird Capital-backed wealth management platform, has acquired SRS Capital Advisors, a Denver-based RIA managing approximately $1.7 billion in AUM. SRS will remain led by its managing directors and will join Arax's multi-partner platform to scale advisory, operations, technology and wealth-planning capabilities.

Arax Investment Partners, a RedBird Capital Partners-backed wealth management platform, has added U.S. Capital Wealth Advisors (USCWA), a Houston-based hybrid wealth management firm managing about $9 billion in AUM and ~62 advisors, to its multi-boutique platform. The deal expands Arax's scale and capabilities in Texas and nationally, while USCWA will retain its branding and advisor-facing operations as part of the Arax network.

The deal brings Summit's founders/shareholders — Robert (Bob) Lau and Emily Messegee — and their team into Mercer and expands Mercer’s presence and client services capability in Colorado.
