MTBC Acquires Meridian Medical Management

(Nasdaq: MTBC) completed the acquisition of Meridian Medical Management (Meridian Billing Management and affiliate Origin Healthcare Solutions) via a stock purchase agreement on June 16, 2020. TRC Healthcare Acquires QURE Healthcare

CPS Capital Takes CloudMD Private

CPS Capital, through an affiliate, completed a court-approved plan of arrangement to acquire all outstanding common shares of CloudMD Software & Services Inc., taking the company private for C$0.04 per share. The transaction will result in CloudMD being delisted from the TSX Venture Exchange as CPS Capital assumes ownership to pursue growth and operational objectives outside the public markets.
