CenterGate Capital Acquires The Mulch and Soil Company

CenterGate Capital has acquired The Mulch and Soil Company (TM&SC), a Fort Myers, Florida-based manufacturer and distributor of mulches, premium soils, decorative bark and related landscape products. The transaction was a sale by Blue Wolf Capital Partners; TM&SC operates four manufacturing and distribution facilities across Florida and employs approximately 165 people. Mark West will remain CEO and CenterGate said its investment will provide capital and strategic resources to support the company's growth and geographic expansion.
