Bain Capital signed a definitive agreement to acquire all outstanding shares of Chindata Group Holdings Ltd, taking the Asia‑Pacific hyperscale data‑center operator private at US$4.30 per ordinary share (US$8.60 per ADS). The transaction, supported by existing and new investors, values the company at roughly $3.16 billion and is intended to provide long‑term control and capital to support Chindata's continued expansion and operations across the region.

Huron Capital Acquires TriStruX

Huron Capital completed the acquisition of TriStruX, a national provider of telecom infrastructure services formed from the 2020 merger of Telcom Engineering Group, Leone Electric Corporation and High Point Utilities. The deal creates a telecom infrastructure services platform to support 5G and fiber deployment nationwide, with TriStruX founders remaining in management and holding minority stakes.

Hypertec Cloud Acquires 5C Data Centers to Form 5C Group

Hypertec Cloud has acquired 5C Data Centers and spun Hypertec Cloud out of Hypertec Group to create 5C Group, a combined AI digital infrastructure provider. The deal integrates Hypertec Cloud's high-performance AI compute capabilities with 5C Data Centers' U.S. campus footprint to accelerate AI deployments, improve speed-to-deployment, and optimize performance and cost for large AI and enterprise customers.

OneSix Acquires CTI Data

OneSix, a Chicago-based data and AI consultancy, has acquired CTI Data, a Burlington, Massachusetts data governance and analytics consulting firm founded in 1994. The deal expands OneSix’s governed Snowflake analytics and responsible AI capabilities; financial terms were not disclosed. Novistra Capital served as exclusive advisor to CTI Data and OneSix added Frank Farrall to its board.

Onix Acquires Datametica

Guardian Capital Partners Acquires Team LINX
