Culpeper Insurance Partners, LLC made a significant investment in and merged with Afore Insurance Services, creating a larger national independent insurance brokerage. Michael A. Garguilo of Culpeper will become CEO of the combined company, which will operate as Afore Insurance Services with more than 20 offices across 10 states, over $350 million in annual premiums placed, and more than 140 employees; Crestline Investors provided a large credit facility to support growth.

Afore Insurance Services Partners with BCA Insurance Group to Form Mid-Atlantic Hub
