Water's Edge Dermatology, a Florida-based dermatology platform backed by Gryphon Investors, has acquired a controlling interest in PBC Dermatology, a medical/surgical dermatology practice in West Palm Beach, Florida. The deal is Water's Edge's first add-on since Gryphon's acquisition of the platform in June 2018 and is intended to expand Water's Edge's service offerings and presence in the Palm Beach area.
