FN Browning Group Acquires Group Sofisport

FN Browning Group (owned by the Walloon Region) has agreed to acquire Group Sofisport, a family-owned French manufacturer of hunting and sporting shotshells and components. The deal combines complementary industrial footprints across Europe and North America to create a larger European ammunition manufacturer; the transaction remains subject to customary regulatory and antitrust conditions.
