CBRE Group, Inc. agreed to acquire J&J Worldwide Services from Arlington Capital Partners for $800 million in cash plus up to $250 million in contingent consideration. The acquisition expands CBRE's technical services and government contracting capabilities, adding J&J's ~3,300 employees and long-term DoD and federal facility contracts headquartered in Franklin, Tennessee.

CBRE Group, Inc. agreed to acquire Pearce Services, LLC from New Mountain Capital for approximately $1.2 billion in cash plus an earn-out of up to $115 million. The acquisition expands CBRE's digital and power infrastructure capabilities by adding Pearce's design engineering, maintenance and repair services for critical power, cooling, renewable energy and telecom infrastructure; Pearce has more than 4,000 employees and is projected to generate over $660 million of revenue in 2026.

Washington, DC-based private equity firm Arlington Capital Partners has signed a definitive agreement to acquire MCR, LLC, a McLean, Virginia-based provider of cost analysis, systems engineering and software development services for defense, intelligence and government customers. Arlington said it will partner with MCR's management (which invested alongside Arlington) to increase investments in core capabilities, pursue strategic acquisitions, and accelerate the company's growth.
