Rockstar Games Acquires Ruffian Games

Rockstar Games has acquired Dundee-based Ruffian Games; the studio will operate under the name Rockstar Dundee with founders Gary Liddon and Billy Thomson remaining as Co-Studio Directors. Terms were not disclosed; Rockstar (part of Take-Two Interactive) said the acquisition expands its global studio footprint and adds development talent and experience to future projects.
