LifeNet Health Acquires Tissue Testing Technologies (T3)

LifeNet Health has acquired Tissue Testing Technologies LLC (T3), a North Charleston–based biotechnology firm specializing in biopreservation and cryopreservation solutions. The acquisition adds T3’s proprietary preservation technologies and contract research capabilities to LifeNet Health’s regenerative medicine and transplantation platforms to expand clinical reach and accelerate research pipelines.

Lantheus Acquires Life Molecular Imaging from Life Healthcare

Lantheus Holdings, Inc. completed the acquisition of Life Molecular Imaging Ltd., a subsidiary of Life Healthcare Group Holdings Ltd., gaining the Neuraceq (florbetaben F18) commercial product, expanded Alzheimer’s radiodiagnostic infrastructure, and additional R&D capabilities. As part of the transaction, Dr. Ludger Dinkelborg (formerly CEO of Life Molecular) will join Lantheus as Head of Research & Development, reporting to the CEO.

Merit Medical Systems has acquired Biolife Delaware, a Sarasota, Florida-based maker of StatSeal and WoundSeal hemostatic devices, in a cash transaction valued at approximately $120 million (including assumed liabilities). The deal expands Merit's hemostasis and wound-care product portfolio and is expected to modestly impact 2025 non-GAAP profitability while enhancing Merit's ability to serve a broad set of percutaneous procedure end markets.

Healthly Acquires Lifestyle Medical (Non-Clinical Assets)
