(NYSE: CPAY) has completed the $2.4 billion acquisition of Alpha Group International plc, a UK/Europe-based provider of cross-border FX solutions and global bank accounts for corporations and investment funds. The transaction expands Corpay’s cross-border payments and treasury capabilities and was financed in part by an increased revolving credit facility and a new $900 million Term Loan B.
