The transactions expand Caregiver’s geographic footprint into additional counties in Indiana, Ohio and Tennessee and add capabilities including community residential services, in‑home care and day‑rehabilitation services.

Circle of Care (Two Sigma Impact) Acquires Empower Behavioral Health

Two Sigma Impact-backed Circle of Care has combined with Empower Behavioral Health, a Texas-based clinic provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy, to expand Circle of Care’s pediatric therapy platform into ABA services. Empower operates 12 clinics across Texas with over 170 clinicians; terms were not disclosed and the deal is positioned as an add-on to accelerate national expansion of Circle of Care’s services, including telehealth, home- and clinic-based care.
