Boston-based private equity firm Anvil Capital completed a majority recapitalization of Leahy Landscaping, Inc., with the founder retaining a significant equity stake. Provident Bank provided senior debt for the deal while Spring Capital provided subordinated debt and preferred stock to support the recapitalization and growth plans.
