Aeromed Group, a Charlotte-based alliance of aerospace distribution companies, has acquired AIReps, an Anaheim-based aerospace distributor of hardware, connectors, precision fasteners and seals. The acquisition strengthens Aeromed's West Coast presence and expands its distribution capabilities for OEMs, MROs and defense contractors.

AxioAero Group Acquires Airway Aerospace LLC

AxioAero Group, a portfolio company of CORE Industrial Partners, has acquired Airway Aerospace LLC, an FAA-, EASA- and CAA UK-certified aircraft component repair station based in Doral, Florida. The add-on strengthens AxioAero's aerospace MRO platform by adding Airway's component repair capabilities and certifications, expanding service coverage across commercial, cargo, and defense aviation markets.

The investment positions the platform to expand component repair capabilities across commercial, cargo, and military markets and pursue organic growth and further acquisitions; financial terms were not disclosed.
