Capitala Group originated a $35.9 million senior secured debt facility and minority equity investment to support Cold Bore Capital in forming American Landscaping Partners, LLC (ALP). Based in Nashville, Tennessee, ALP is an owner-operator of residential and commercial landscaping businesses and will use the capital to fund growth and add-on acquisitions across the United States.

Since the partnership, ALP (headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee) has completed seven add-on acquisitions—Landscape Detail; Ultralawn; Ready Field Solutions; Maxalea; Swift Lawn & Land; Precision Landscape Management; and Appalachia Landscaping—expanding its footprint across Tennessee, Ohio, Georgia, Maryland, Alabama, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia.
