Integrators (RSI), a Pineville, North Carolina-based designer and manufacturer of industrial motor control panels and power distribution equipment. The add-on acquisition expands AID’s manufacturing and engineering capabilities and strengthens its presence in the southeastern U.S. water utility, wastewater and industrial dewatering markets.

Western States Reclamation LLC (a portfolio company of Strength Capital Partners) has acquired Ecological Resource Consultants, Inc., a Lakewood, Colorado-based engineering and ecological science firm focused on water-resource and mining-related projects. The acquisition is an add-on to WSR intended to expand its geographic reach and service offering across environmental and water-resources projects in the Western United States and globally for mining clients.

Boston-based private equity firm WestView Capital Partners completed a growth recapitalization investment in Receivable Solutions, LLC (RSi), a Columbia, South Carolina–headquartered provider of revenue cycle management (RCM) services to hospitals and health systems. The transaction will support RSi’s continued growth and scale its outsourced RCM capabilities while founders Paul Reardon and Donnie Durant remain involved and will sit on the company’s board alongside WestView.

Resonetics Acquires Caribou Technologies

Acorn Growth Companies has acquired Raisbeck Engineering Inc., a Seattle-based developer and manufacturer of aircraft performance improvement systems. Participating financing and investment partners included Congruent Investment Partners, Independent Bankers Capital Funds, Omega Capital and Arvest Bank. Founder James D. Raisbeck will remain as chairman and the company will continue to operate under its brand; financial terms were not disclosed.
