Waséyabek Development Company Acquires Re-Source Industries (RSI of West Michigan)

Waséyabek Development Company, the tribally-owned holding company of the Nottawaseppi Huron Band of the Potawatomi, has acquired CNC machining manufacturer Re-Source Industries of Muskegon, Michigan. The business will be renamed RSI of West Michigan and operate alongside WDC-owned Baker Engineering to expand West Michigan manufacturing capacity and capabilities; Calder Capital represented WDC in the transaction.
