Komline-Sanderson, a New Jersey-based designer and manufacturer of wastewater and environmental control equipment, has acquired AquaShield, Inc., a Chattanooga, Tennessee manufacturer of stormwater filtration and runoff control products. The acquisition expands Komline's stormwater product portfolio, manufacturing capacity, and geographic reach to better serve municipal and corporate customers.
