The acquisition expands 1WorldSync’s e-commerce analytics capabilities and integrates Webata’s retail-focused insights across 1WorldSync’s customer base of more than 14,000 brands and retailers.

Professional Sports Authenticator (PSA) Acquires Genamint

Professional Sports Authenticator (PSA), a division of Collectors Universe, has acquired Genamint, Inc., a machine-vision software company that provides real-time card diagnostics, measurements and card fingerprinting to scale and improve trading-card grading. Genamint founder Kevin Lenane joins PSA as VP of Product Management and the Genamint team will integrate with PSA to help increase throughput, accuracy and tracking of provenance amid record submission volumes.

WIT Acquires Tally Gamification Platform

As part of the deal Tally CEO Bradley Vettese joins WIT as Chief Growth Strategist, enabling WIT to integrate Tally's real-time features across its global partner network and expand its branded activation offerings.

eBay Acquires TCGplayer

eBay Inc. agreed to acquire TCGplayer, a leading online marketplace and technology provider for collectible trading card enthusiasts, for up to approximately $295 million. TCGplayer will continue to operate autonomously while the deal expands eBay's trading-cards category and adds omnichannel capabilities such as order fulfillment, cart optimization and seller tools.
