Levine Leichtman Capital Partners Acquires Schülerhilfe from Oakley Capital

Levine Leichtman Capital Partners (LLCP) has agreed to acquire a majority stake in Schülerhilfe, the leading DACH tutoring operator, in partnership with CEO Dieter Werkhausen and the existing management team. Oakley Capital Fund III will exit its investment; the deal is subject to regulatory approval and aims to accelerate Schülerhilfe's growth, digital capabilities and service expansion across Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
