Transom Capital Group Acquires Majority Stake in Webasto Charging Business

Transom Capital Group will acquire a majority stake in the Charging solutions business of Webasto, with Webasto remaining a minority shareholder. The sale allows Webasto to focus on its core automotive businesses while Transom plans to invest in and grow the charging business, which retains sites in Planegg (Germany), Monrovia (USA) and Guanajuato (Mexico).
