ZAPI GROUP, an Italian electrification and electric-drive systems leader, acquired a majority stake in Germany-based Stercom Power Solutions, a developer of onboard chargers, energy storage systems and power electronics. The deal expands ZAPI GROUP’s charging solutions and energy storage capabilities while keeping Stercom operating independently from its Weyarn, Bavaria base.
