Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope, Inc. (OBE) completed the acquisition of Syracuse Glass Company (SGC), a century-old fabricator and distributor of architectural glass and aluminum products headquartered in Syracuse, New York. The deal expands OBE's presence in the U.S. Northeast and allows SGC to leverage OBE's scale and product capabilities to better serve glazing contractors, manufacturers and glass retailers.
