IdeaScale, the San Francisco-based idea management SaaS provider, has acquired Betterific, a crowdsourced open-innovation platform that taps a community of roughly 25,000 ideators. The acquisition combines Betterific's external crowdsourcing and consumer-idea capabilities with IdeaScale's internal idea-management platform to offer end-to-end open innovation for public- and private-sector customers.
