Culligan International Company completed its acquisition of AquaVenture Holdings Limited and simultaneously divested the Seven Seas Water operating segment to Morgan Stanley Infrastructure Partners. Culligan will retain the Quench business (bottle-free, point-of-use water systems) to expand its consumer and office water-as-a-service offerings.
