Vessco Water announced that Atlantic Fluid Technology (Northborough, Massachusetts) has joined the Vessco Water platform as an add-on acquisition. The deal expands Vessco's presence in New England's municipal and industrial water and wastewater markets and adds engineering, distribution, and field-service capabilities focused on valves, actuators, control panels and flow-control equipment.

Water Tec will join A. O. Smith’s North America Water Treatment business to expand the company's West Coast presence, and members of the DeGrave family will remain with the business operating out of Tucson and Las Vegas.

Master Water will join A. O. Smith’s North America Water Treatment business, with current president Richard Mest continuing to lead the Master Water operations from Pottstown.
