Lonsdale Capital Partners Backs GIA

Lonsdale Capital Partners has made an investment in GIA, a UK- and Ireland-based tech-enabled property consultancy that specialises in rights of light, daylight and sunlight analysis, wind analysis and building consultancy. The deal will support GIA's planned expansion and capability build-out — including development into low-carbon energy areas such as solar and wind — with founder Gordon Ingram becoming Chairman and CEO Sam Wallis continuing to lead the business.
