Byrna Technologies Acquires Ballistipax Assets

Byrna Technologies acquired the assets of Ballistipax, including trademarks, two patents, finished goods and raw materials inventory, funding the purchase with cash on hand. Byrna will integrate the Ballistipax products into its product portfolio as the "Byrna Shield" backpack line (three configurations) and intends to offer them through its e-commerce site and dealer network as part of its school-safety "Learn Safe" program.

Abracon Acquires Fox Electronics

Abracon LLC has acquired Fox Electronics, a Fort Myers, Florida-based supplier of frequency control products, as an add-on to the Abracon platform. The deal was executed while Abracon is majority-owned by The Riverside Company and expands Abracon’s timing and frequency product portfolio, sales channels and inventory to better serve automotive, telecom, IoT and medical end markets.

NFPA Global Solutions Acquires Dyne Fire Protection Labs

The acquisition expands NFPA Global Solutions' compliance testing and advisory capabilities to support code and standards compliance globally.

New England Biolabs Acquires Fluorogenics Limited

New England Biolabs (NEB) has agreed to acquire Fluorogenics Limited (FGL), a UK-based lyophilization R&D and ISO 13485-certified service provider. FGL will become a wholly owned subsidiary of NEB as NEB integrates lyophilization capabilities into its OEM and Customized Solutions offering to better serve molecular and point-of-care diagnostics customers.
