PMG, a global independent marketing services and technology company, has acquired Momentum Commerce, a retail media and marketplace intelligence firm, and will fully integrate Momentum into the PMG brand. The deal adds Momentum’s 45-person team and its Velocity platform—tracking millions of products and brands—strengthening PMG’s commerce capability to help enterprise brands drive growth across retail and marketplace channels.

Sensis Acquires PM3

Integrity Marketing Group Acquires LifeSmart Senior Services

Integrity Marketing Group, a Dallas-based insurance distribution platform, acquired LifeSmart Senior Services, a Medicare marketing organization based in Elgin/Chicago, Illinois. As part of the transaction LifeSmart founder Richard Kozlowski became an owner in Integrity; financial terms were not disclosed. The deal brings LifeSmart into Integrity’s family of companies to accelerate growth by leveraging Integrity’s sales, marketing and shared services resources.

Montagu Acquires Maritime Intelligence (Lloyd's List Intelligence) from Informa Plc

The business provides maritime data, analytics, insight services and publishing (including Lloyd's List) and will join Montagu's portfolio to accelerate growth and expand its data & analytics capabilities.

Lumine Group Acquires TransMedia Dynamics

Lumine Group, a communications and media software acquirer within the Volaris/Constellation ecosystem, has completed the acquisition of TransMedia Dynamics (TMD), a provider of content supply chain and media asset management software. TMD will operate autonomously under Lumine, leveraging Lumine's resources to accelerate its cloud-native content supply chain platform while continuing to serve global broadcast, media, archive and government customers.
