Finalsite, a Glastonbury-based provider of school websites and digital communications, has acquired SchoolAdmin, an Austin-based K-12 enrollment management platform. The acquisition (Finalsite is a portfolio company of Bridge Growth Partners) expands Finalsite's end-to-end offerings by adding enrollment, admissions and tuition-billing capabilities to its product suite and brings SchoolAdmin's ~650 school customers into Finalsite's client base.

Veritas Capital Acquires Finalsite from Bridge Growth Partners

Veritas Capital has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Finalsite, a Glastonbury, Connecticut–based leader in school websites and digital communications, from Bridge Growth Partners. Financial terms were not disclosed; the transaction is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2021 and is intended to scale Finalsite's education technology platform and accelerate growth.

Fort Point Capital Invests in CellSite Solutions

Boston-based private equity firm Fort Point Capital has invested in CellSite Solutions, a Cedar Rapids, Iowa-based provider of telecom infrastructure refurbishment, installation, and maintenance, as a new platform investment alongside the company's management team. The founders, Carter Kramer and Chris Wiese, will continue to lead the company as Fort Point supports growth initiatives with debt financing provided by Enterprise Bank & Trust and GMB Capital Partners and advisors including Kirkland & Ellis and Grant Thornton.

Savvas Learning Company Acquires Pointful Education
