Calligo Acquires Network Integrity Services

Calligo Holdings Limited, an Investcorp-backed managed data services provider, has acquired UK-based managed services provider Network Integrity Services (NIS), which has locations in Manchester, Birmingham, Leicester and Hemel Hempstead. The acquisition is an add-on to bolster Calligo's UK footprint and expand its managed data, privacy and IT services capabilities across Europe and North America.
