Jersey-based managed data services provider Calligo, a portfolio company of Investcorp Technology Partners, has acquired Cork- and Dublin-based IT managed services firm Itomic Voice & Data Ltd. The add-on expands Calligo's presence in Ireland—strengthening its Microsoft 365 and Azure managed services capabilities—and is part of Calligo's broader inorganic growth strategy supported by Investcorp.
