Innovex International Acquires Citadel Casing Solutions

The transaction values Citadel at approximately 3.8x LTM Adjusted EBITDA, is ~8% accretive to Innovex EPS, and is expected to deliver roughly $2 million of cost synergies within three months while supporting market share expansion in offshore and international markets.
