Innovex International Acquires Citadel Casing Solutions

Innovex International, Inc. completed an all-cash acquisition of Citadel Casing Solutions, LLC, adding Citadel's differentiated downhole and casing technologies to Innovex's energy industrial platform. The transaction values Citadel at approximately 3.8x LTM Adjusted EBITDA, is ~8% accretive to Innovex EPS, and is expected to deliver roughly $2 million of cost synergies within three months while supporting market share expansion in offshore and international markets.

Innovex Downhole Solutions Acquires Rubicon Oilfield International

Pelican Energy Partners Acquires Baker Hughes' Surface Pressure Control Flow Business (Vault Pressure Control)

Pelican Energy Partners agreed to purchase the Surface Pressure Control Flow (SPC Flow) business unit from Baker Hughes in a carve-out transaction, closing on October 31, 2020. The standalone company, renamed Vault Pressure Control, will focus on wellhead pressure control products, rental frac/flowback equipment and related services across the US, Canada, Australia, Papua New Guinea and Trinidad & Tobago.
