McRae and McRae Investment Company, LLC on June 11, 2021, making Caris a wholly owned subsidiary. Caris operates 28 hospice locations serving over 1,200 patients per day across Georgia, Missouri, South Carolina, Tennessee and Virginia; the acquisition supports NHC's strategy to expand its continuum of senior care services.
